Returns and Refunds Policy:

If for any reason you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that returns are subject to a €4.50 return shipping fee, which covers the cost of the prepaid return label. Once your return request has been approved and the fee has been paid, we will send you the return label and instructions to complete the process.

Conditions:
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

- Returns are not accepted for sale, clearance, or final sale items.

- Return shipping costs are covered by SKUPP (mainland Spain only).

- For all other regions, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process:
1. Email us at **skuppteam@gmail.com** indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will send you the instructions and the shipping label (if applicable).

3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within **5 to 10 business days** to the same payment method used.

If you wish to exchange the size or product, please contact us and we will help you manage it quickly and easily.
