Returns

At SKUPP, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

1. Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse will not be accepted

  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable

2. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Mainland Spain: return shipping costs are covered by SKUPP

  • All other regions: return shipping costs must be covered by the customer

3. Return Process:

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at 📩 skuppteam@gmail.com, indicating your order number and reason for the return

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size or product), please contact us and we will help you manage the exchange quickly and easily, subject to stock availability.

5. Additional Information:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

  • SKUPP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above
